Taking full advantage of being close to home, learning from mom and pops....filling my free time. And to all my classmates who always asked me what I was eating for lunch, because I never had much of an answer.

Daikon Congee
Tried making the daikon rice cake "luo buo gao" with Bob's rice flour, and unfortunately the texture wasn't quite the same. No worries - turn it into daikon congee! Just add water :)
